DJ Hub Proprietary License

1. Ownership

The DJ Hub software and all associated modules — including but not limited to Cartwall, DJ Desktop, Pager Messenger, Pre-Record Upload Portal, Travel & Weather features, Studio Clock, and Profile Manager — (collectively, “DJ Hub”) are the exclusive property of VDubRadio Ltd (“the Owner”). All source code, designs, interfaces, artwork, documentation, and related materials are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.

2. License Grant

The Owner grants the Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use DJ Hub solely for its intended purpose, strictly subject to this License. No ownership rights are transferred to the Licensee.

3. Restrictions

Do not copy, reproduce, modify, merge, translate, or distribute any part of DJ Hub without prior written consent from the Owner.
Do not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or internal structure of DJ Hub.
Do not remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, confidentiality, or proprietary notices.
Do not use DJ Hub to develop, train, or assist a competing product or service.

4. Commercial Use

Commercial use, resale, sublicensing, hosting, managed service provision, or redistribution of DJ Hub (in whole or in part) is strictly prohibited without a separate written Commercial Licensing Agreement executed by the Owner.

5. Trademarks & Branding

“DJ Hub” and any associated logos, names, or marks are trademarks or trade dress of the Owner. You may not use the Owner’s branding, names, or marks without prior written permission, including in domain names, app names, social profiles, or marketing materials.

6. Data Protection

Where DJ Hub processes personal data, such processing shall be subject to applicable data-protection laws (including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018). Separate Privacy and Terms of Service documents may apply to your use of hosted services provided by the Owner.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

DJ Hub is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation implied
